In the historic center of the city of Belluno, on the edge of Piazza delle Erbe, right next to the Monte di Pietà, the seventeenth-century church dedicated to the Blessed Virgin of Health appears hidden from the porch. Inside there is an altar, a wooden altarpiece and wooden angels made by the artist Brustolon.
They are also home to the oil-painted lunettes and semi lunettes depicting the scenes of the Passion and Death of Jesus, works by Leonardo Ridolfi. Inside, a wooden relic is also venerated.
Built in 1628, the church was originally the private chapel of the Monte di Pietà. Currently the church is in the custody of the Capuchin Friars Minor
